Nepal-founded, Nepali-led.
We collaborate with established yoga teachers to create journeys shaped by nature, cultural depth, and Himalayan tradition, with select extensions into the Alps.
What Defines A Prana Vista Journey
Teacher-Led, Co-Created
Each journey begins with the teacher’s vision.
We co-design the structure on the ground: selecting locations, shaping the daily rhythm, and holding the logistical framework so the teacher can remain fully present with their students.
If sound, meditation, or thematic elements are part of the work, we integrate them in alignment with the teacher’s direction, always as support, never as substitution.
Culture & Nature
Time on the mat is balanced with time in monasteries, on village paths, and along Himalayan ridgelines.
From sacred sites in the Kathmandu Valley to open Himalayan terrain near Pokhara and the Annapurna region, the setting becomes part of the learning process.
Hikes and optional treks are guided by experienced local teams, woven into the journey with clarity and care.
Kirtan & Sound
Kirtan and Himalayan singing bowl immersion can be included as shared moments within a journey.
These gatherings add warmth and depth without shifting the centre of gravity away from the teacher’s work.
Our role remains supportive throughout: steady, present, and in service to the overall arc.
Why Nepal for a Yoga Retreat?
A Region of Origin
Nepal is not simply a backdrop. It is a place where spiritual tradition, landscape, and daily life remain closely intertwined. Practice here is shaped by altitude, architecture, ritual, and rhythm.
Retreat structure in this environment requires local knowledge, not only inspiration, but experience.
Prana Vista bridges that gap through direct, on-the-ground coordination and long-term regional relationships.
Depth Beyond the Retreat Circuit
Nepal is not a resort destination. Journeys move beyond curated surfaces into lived culture and mountain terrain.
Groups encounter monasteries, village paths, open ridgelines, and quiet spaces that allow practice to deepen naturally.
The landscape asks something of you — and gives something back.

Host A Retreat With Prana Vista
If you are an established yoga teacher seeking a trusted partner in Nepal or the Alps, we collaborate with you to design and deliver a journey that reflects and amplifies your work.
Designed Together
We help you shape a journey that feels unmistakably yours. From early concept to final itinerary, we refine the flow, pacing, and positioning so your retreat stands out and sells with clarity.
If you would like to integrate a theme into the journey, we build the itinerary around it in practical and creative ways, adapting locations, adding contributors where needed, and structuring the days to support your vision.
Led On The Ground
You do not need to manage permits, mountain routes, venues, transport, or on-the-ground coordination. We handle the logistics across regions so you can lead with calm focus.
Hikes and multi-day treks are guided by our experienced local team. You remain with your students while we manage the route and safety.
Presence & Launch
We prepare the full journey materials for you, including structured itinerary copy and launch communication. You review, refine, and share.
We manage participant communication before departure, ensuring questions are answered promptly while you remain informed and involved throughout.
You lead the teaching. We build and run the journey.
