Collaborate

You lead the teaching.
We build and run the journey.

We collaborate with experienced teachers to design and deliver structured international journeys without requiring you to manage logistics yourself.

Teacher-Led, Professionally Run

If you are an established yoga teacher looking to bring your community to the Himalayas, Prana Vista designs the journey around your vision and operates it on the ground so you can remain fully present with your students.

We work best with teachers who already have an engaged community.

We are a Nepal-based team with direct operational oversight. We shape the structure with you and manage delivery from arrival to departure.

What We Manage End-to-End

We run the infrastructure that makes an international journey viable.

Beyond logistics, Karnesh brings steadiness, cultural fluency, and genuine warmth to the experience. He is a trusted presence on the ground — attentive to participants, respectful of local communities, and calm in changing conditions.

The Prana Vista signature "feel" - Rituals & Resonance

Optional elements that can be woven into your journey: - we also need to say somewhere (else`?) that hiking and being out in nature is a signature element of the treks.

Singing Bowl Sound Baths

Deeply relax and restore through Karnesh’s expertly guided sound healing sessions, rooted in Himalayan tradition and years of practice.

Bhakti Yoga & Legendary Kirtan

Awaken joy and devotion through live kirtan and mantra chanting. Guided by Karnesh’s warm, resonant voice and heartfelt musicianship, these soulful sessions are a signature element of every Prana Vista journey.

Guided Himalayan Hiking

Explore Nepal’s extraordinary landscapes with experienced local guides, from gentle nature walks to multi-day Himalayan treks.

Meditation Sessions

Cultivate inner peace through mindfulness practices guided by Karnesh, rooted in lifelong meditation and ashram study.

Beyond the movement of the trek, our journeys are anchored in sound, silence, and shared experience. From kirtan and devotional music to Himalayan singing bowls and guided meditation, we weave elements of Nepal’s living traditions into the arc of the journey — never as performance, always as practice.

Structured Participant Onboarding

International journeys require more structure than local retreats. Once a student registers, we guide them through a secure, streamlined onboarding process.

Participants receive a private form to submit:

• Full name and room preference
• Passport details and copy
• Insurance information
• Emergency contact
• Travel details
• Dietary requirements
• Optional social handle if they wish to be tagged

The form can be completed progressively and must be finalised prior to departure. Automated reminders ensure nothing is missed.

This allows us to verify documentation early, track arrivals, prepare room allocations, and identify missing information well in advance.

You are not managing spreadsheets or chasing passport scans in the final weeks. We handle it systematically.

Launch & Documentation

We prepare the materials required to launch clearly and professionally, ready to be added to your booking page:

• Full itinerary documents
• Short and long-form descriptive website text
• Transparent pricing framework
• Participant Terms & Conditions template
• Detailed packing lists
• FAQs addressing altitude, accommodation, and trekking realities
• Curated image library from past routes
• Launch communication templates

You review, refine, and launch. We build the structure behind it.

We Support Your Community

We act as a direct operational resource for your students from the moment they register.

To ensure every participant feels prepared and confident, we are available to:

  • Join your WhatsApp or Telegram groups to answer real-time gear and travel questions

  • Host Zoom information sessions covering itinerary and safety protocols

  • Join Instagram Lives to build excitement and answer practical questions

  • Provide direct email support for logistical or cultural inquiries

This reduces pressure on you while strengthening trust within your community.

Financial Alignment

Teachers collect tuition directly from their community. Prana Vista operates on a transparent net model covering full operational delivery on the ground.

This includes route design, licensed guide teams, documentation, safety planning, participant onboarding systems, pre-departure support, and on-the-ground co-facilitation.

As enrollment grows, your net operating cost per participant decreases, improving overall margin stability while preserving structural quality.

For strong enrollments, it is typical that the Prana Vista portion is fully absorbed once a healthy group size is reached.

Each collaboration is outlined clearly at the outset, including minimum thresholds, deposit timelines, cancellation alignment, and documentation requirements.

We prioritise clarity early so there is no financial ambiguity later.

International journeys carry real responsibility. Our model is designed to protect both the teacher and the experience.

How the Partnership Works

Before the Journey

We begin with your vision. You share your approach, preferred timing, expected group size, and the atmosphere you want to create.

Every journey is shaped around the teacher’s method and community.

If you want depth and silence, we build that.

If you want movement and exploration, we build that.

We do not use fixed itineraries. Each journey is structured intentionally, balancing adventure and rest so the experience feels expansive — never chaotic, never overwhelming.

If desired, we can design journeys with a clear thematic thread running through the entire arc. This may include:

  • Art and landscape drawing

  • Photography as contemplative practice

  • Writing and creative inquiry

  • Monastery visits and overnight stays

  • Music or devotional elements

  • Extended retreat segments

  • Integrated multi-day Himalayan treks

These elements are not add-ons, they are designed into the journey from the outset.

If desired, a professional photographer can accompany the group to capture refined still imagery and select video as memories for the participants and for your marketing materials and ours, always respecting participants’ visibility preferences.

Once the structure is aligned, we steward the operational foundation — permits, accommodation, licensed guide teams, transport, safety planning, and participant preparation.

During the Journey

Each journey is led by the host teacher. Your voice and teaching remain central.

On the ground, Karnesh co-facilitates and co-leads the experience. He is not simply managing logistics. He reads the group energy, understands the emotional temperature of the room, and remains in close communication with you throughout the journey. Together with his team, he helps set tone, pace, and rhythm — particularly in moments of transition, altitude shifts, cultural immersion, or fatigue. Participants feel both guided and held.

You remain fully engaged in teaching and holding your container. We remain fully engaged in supporting the group — practically and energetically.

Operationally, we oversee route management, timing, local relationships, and decision-making in changing conditions. Relationally, we stay attentive to each participant so nothing escalates quietly in the background.

This results in clear roles, shared presence, and one coherent experience.

Depth, Without Improvisation

Time on the mat is integrated with culture and landscape intentionally.

Routes are selected for safety, beauty, and feasibility. Acclimatisation is paced responsibly. Practice locations are chosen for atmosphere and practicality.

Hikes and multi-day treks are led by licensed local teams with international group experience.

Optional elements such as meditation, kirtan, or Himalayan singing bowls may be integrated when appropriate. These are offered as support, never as a replacement for the teacher’s voice.

Who This Is For

This partnership works best for teachers who:

  • Have an established community

  • Value operational precision

  • Prefer clarity over improvisation

  • Understand the responsibility of leading internationally

  • It is not suited to first-time retreat hosts or teachers seeking a generic tourism package.

Step 1: The Vision

We meet to discuss your teaching approach, preferred dates, group size, and the tone of your journey.

Step 2: The Curation

We propose a bespoke itinerary, route options, and draft structure. We align on pricing, documentation, and launch timeline.

Step 3: The Journey

You announce the journey to your community. We support preparation before departure and steward the experience on the ground from the moment you land.
