The Journey

This annual Panchase trek is hosted by Laura Mendez Asbach for her international yoga community.

The program begins in Kathmandu with guided visits to sites of cultural and spiritual significance, followed by travel to Pokhara and a five-day guided Panchase yoga trek.

From there, the group ascends along an ancient pilgrimage trail to the 2,500m summit of Panchase, passing terraced hillsides, forest paths, and traditional villages, with views toward Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. The journey concludes with time to rest and explore in Pokhara before departure.

All Nepal-based logistics, trekking leadership, permits, and local coordination are delivered by Prana Vista and the Nepal team led by Karnesh.

Registration and participant communication are managed directly by the host teacher.
